GED REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Two (2) Forms of I.D. Required 
Primary ID: Government Issued ID such as a Valid Driver's
License, State ID Card, Military ID or Passport


Secondary ID: Social Security Card, Birth Certificate,
Bank Card w/Photo, Voter ID Card, School ID or Work
ID w/Photo
Under 18 years of age must provide the following: 
Notarized Parent/Guardian Consent (click for Consent Form)
Official Withdrawal Form (From last school attended)

Re-Testing Fee: $15.00 Per Subject / Per Test
